About YouTube APK

YouTube, a startup company previously acquired by Google, is Google\’s flagship video sharing site. The app of the same name aims to make it easier and faster for all Android users to play YouTube videos.

YouTube initially required an app because the website player used Flash, and most mobile phones could not play Flash content. But with the advent of HTML5, the website was converted to HTML5 format, which is supported by mobile devices. Because of this, using the app is no longer mandatory. By simply visiting YouTube.com on an Android device, users can access the same content as via the app.

The app version has a few advantages over the website, namely, that the user interface is much more user-friendly. No matter how optimized the HTML5 website is, users always have to go through a browser and then to the website, which makes for a clunky and disjointed experience. But now, the app is responsive, very fast, and easy to use. Unfortunately, the app does not allow offline video downloads. There are many third-party tools and Android apps that do this, but Google does not officially support this feature.

Google has done just that with its YouTube app, except that it doesn\’t support downloading videos. It was recently updated with a more modern and responsive interface, so there\’s no reason not to download this small but powerful app now.
